Introducing Extra Academy

The EXTRA Academy is designed for players preparing for a more-competitive level of play in our EXTRA program (U10 and U12) and Glenbrook Strikers Club (U13 and older).

EXTRA Academy players have a weekly practice with a professional P2 coach in addition to their weekly core practice. EXTRA Academy practices enhance each players’ skill level to prepare them for competitive play. Practices are 90 minutes including 60 minutes of skill development and a 30-minute small-sided scrimmage.

The cost of the EXTRA Academy is $125 and includes an EXTRA Academy practice jersey. Practices are on Monday evenings from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. OR 5:30p.m. to 7:00 p.m., for eight weeks in the fall and four weeks in spring.

The EXTRA Academy runs concurrently with the AYSO Core Season. Eligible players must be registered for Glenview AYSO’s Core program and maintain consistent attendance at Core games and practices.
