Military Discounts Glenview AYSO offers a discount to any family that has one or both parents that are full time serviceman or women. Please bring verification to registration.
Fee Reduction Information You would qualify for a discount if you qualify for the Dist. 34 lunch program. Bring a letter on D34 Letterhead stating the family's participation in the District 30/34 School Lunch Program for the current School Year. Bring the letter to the walk in registration. The discounted fee of $50 must be paid at the walk in registration. The scholarship fee will be $60 for registration received after 5/09/12 and this form must be turned in with your child's player registration form.
