During the “Early Bird” Walk in registration, May 9^th – 10^th 2008

Full Season 2008-2009 (Fall & Spring) $95

U5 Program 2008-2009 (Both Seasons Only) $95

Fall 2008 Only $75

Spring 2009 Only (mail in registration Dec-Feb) $75

Payments made during mail-in registration (after May 10^th)

Full Season 2008-2009 (Fall & Spring) $120

Fall 2008 or Spring 2009 Only $90

Cash or Checks/Money Orders payable to “Glenview AYSO”

REFUND PROCEDURES

The Glenview AYSO refund policy is designed to avoid wasted uniforms and needless work on the part of our volunteers who spend hundreds of hours making this program efficient and fun for our 1800+ players each season.

Requests for a refund from Glenview AYSO…

-MUST be in writing or e-mail

-MUST be mailed to:

-MUST be POSTMARKED or E-MAILED on or before the required date

-June 30, 2008 (Fall 2008 season)

-January 31, 2009 (Spring 2009 season)

The only exceptions to these deadline dates are players moving out of the area and players unable to participate due to any injury documented by a doctor’s note. These two exceptions are eligible to request a refund up until the start of the season. If you do not meet these criteria’s, please do not call for a refund.
