REFUND PROCEDURES
The Glenview AYSO refund policy is designed to avoid wasted uniforms, needless work on the part of volunteers, and to make the team formation process as efficient as possible.Requests for a refund from Glenview AYSO
-MUST be submitted in writing via mail or e-mail to:

-MUST be POSTMARKED or E-MAILED on or before the required date
-July 22nd (Fall season)- late registrations must be postmarked by August 13, 2011.
Your child will be added to a wait list and added to a team if possible.
-January 31 (Spring season)
The only exceptions to these deadline dates are players moving out of the area and players unable to participate due to any injury documented by a doctor's note. These two exceptions are eligible to request a refund up until the start of the season. If you do not meet these criteria's, please do not call for a refund.
