Bob Dumas receives Sean Walsh Memorial Service Award

As a 100% volunteer run organization, MDSL counts on the effort of our parents and community members to help keep the league going. Each year, the Board of Directors asks for nominations to recognize one individual’s contributions. This year’s recipient is Bob Dumas.

Bob has been involved with youth soccer in Southern York County for more than 30 years. He helped in the formation of MDSL and served on the Board of Directors. In addition to the countless hours he gave to help with the organization of the League, Bob volunteered his time as a coach, bringing his knowledge and experience to player who would one day come back to share that knowledge by coaching in MDSL today. Bob continues to volunteer his time to assist with the travel tryouts annually and has refereed IM games.

For the hundreds of hours Bob has generously given to Mason Dixon Soccer and the soccer community of Southern York County, we are honored to present him with the 2016 Sean Walsh Memorial Service Award.
