I wanted to welcome everyone to the Wallace/Zohdi Fall EYO U7 soccer team!

Coach Nick and I are excited to meet everyone and are looking forward to a great season! The first game is September 12 and the last one is October 31.  If a game gets rained out or cancelled, there will be one make up session on November 7th if needed. The time for all the games are from 11-12:30.  

For those of you who played before in U6, the sessions are similar and will be comprised of a "practice" for 45-60 minutes and then a game of 30-45 minutes.  The big difference this year is that it's going to be 4 players against 4 players.  There are 12 players on the team so when we split up to play games, there is going to be a lot of playing time for everyone!

We had a coaches meeting today and some important reminders are: Everyone has to have shin guards. If any player shows up without them, he/she won't get to play.  All jewelry has to be removed. If there is something that can't be removed (i.e. medical alert bracelet) please let me know and I will tell you the best way of covering it up.  Everyone should come with a water as there will be plenty of water breaks throughout both the practice and games.  We will pass around a drinks/snack sign up list at the first game on August 12th, I will be happy to provide it at the first game.
